Frequently asked questions

What bottle sizes are standard?
We stock common bottle sizes that match typical supplement counts: 30 count, 60 count, 90 count, 120 count, 180 count, and larger options for high-volume SKUs. Powder containers and liquid bottles are also stocked in standard sizes. Non-standard sizes can be sourced with additional lead time.
Can I use my own packaging or do I have to use yours?
We have a stock packaging catalog that's most efficient because we maintain inventory. Custom packaging is possible (specific bottle shapes, premium materials, sustainable options) but adds cost and lead time. Most clients start with stock and customize once they have traction.
What about sustainable or eco-friendly packaging options?
We offer recycled PCR (post-consumer recycled) bottles, glass bottles, and biodegradable label options. These are available as upgrades on stock catalog SKUs. We can also source FSC-certified paperboard for outer packaging.
Do you handle outer cartons and shipping packaging?
Yes. We can ship products in branded cartons, generic cartons, or your custom-printed boxes. Most clients start with our standard outer cartons and graduate to branded packaging as they grow.
How do I add branded outer packaging without blowing up my unit costs?
Outer packaging cost amortizes faster as quantities scale. For most brands, branded cartons make sense at 1,000+ unit production runs. Below that, the per-unit packaging premium can hurt margins. We help you model the tradeoff during planning.
