Where is your facility?
Williston, Vermont. We have operated from Vermont since 1976 and have been steadily expanding the facility over the past five decades to add  quality lab, and warehousing capacity.
What formats do you manufacture on-site?
Capsules (vegetarian and gelatin), tablets, soft gels, powders, chewables, liquids, gummies, and oral sprays. Most formats run on dedicated lines so cross-contamination risk is minimized. Some specialty formats use shared lines with rigorous cleaning protocols between runs.
What is your production capacity?
We produce millions of bottles annually across all formats. We can scale production for high-volume programs while maintaining quality. For very high-volume orders (mid-six-figures and up), we plan production scheduling with you in advance to ensure capacity.
Do you store finished goods inventory for clients?
Yes. We can hold finished goods inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse for ongoing fulfillment programs. Storage fees apply for extended holds. Most clients have us produce inventory in larger production runs and ship to their own fulfillment partner.
Can I tour the facility?
Yes. We host facility tours for prospective and active clients. Tours typically include the quality lab and warehouse. Schedule a tour through your account manager. Tours are most valuable once you have a specific program scoped because we can show you the lines that will produce your products.
