HOW IT WORKS

A streamlined process from logo to launch.

1. Brand discovery call

We start with a short conversation about your brand: who your customer is, what feeling you want the label to evoke, what colors and aesthetic you're drawn to, and what your existing brand assets look like (if any).

2. Template selection

Choose from 20+ professionally designed label templates as your starting point. Each template is built to highlight your branding while meeting all FDA labeling requirements. Pick one and we customize from there.

3. Design iteration

Our designers create your custom label, then iterate based on your feedback. Typical revision cycles take 3 to 5 business days. We don't move to print until you're 100% happy with the proof.

4. Print-ready file & label approval

Final files go to print after your written approval. This is when our 3-to-4-week production clock starts. Approve labels Monday, and your private label product ships in less than a month.

Frequently asked questions

How long does label design typically take?
Most clients finalize designs in 2-4 weeks from kickoff. Faster is possible if your brand identity is already locked. Slower happens when there are many decision-makers who need to review or when the brand direction is still being figured out.
Who do I work with directly?
You're assigned a designer who is your primary contact throughout the engagement. Your account manager joins for kickoff and major checkpoints. The design team has been working together for years, so you benefit from accumulated knowledge of supplement label conventions and FDA-compliant layouts.
Can I see other brands you have designed for?
Yes. We share a portfolio of past designs during your consultation. Some brands have asked us to keep their work confidential, so the public portfolio represents a subset of what we've produced. Ask your account manager and they can speak to specific brand examples relevant to your category.
What formats do you provide the final files in?
Print-ready PDF for production (CMYK, correct bleed and trim), high-resolution PNG for digital use, and source files in Adobe Illustrator. You can use the digital assets for your website, Amazon listing, and marketing materials.
What happens after the first run? Can I refresh the design?
Yes. Many clients refresh labels after their first run based on customer feedback or repositioning. We retain your files and can iterate them or do a full redesign whenever you want. Refresh work is included for active clients.
