Frequently asked questions

How long has each of these brands been with Praxera?
Varies. Some launched within the past year. Others have been ongoing partners for 5+ years across multiple SKU expansions. The case studies note timing where it's relevant to the story.
Can I talk to any of these clients as references?
Yes, with the client's permission. We can arrange reference calls during your evaluation. Most of our long-term clients are generous with their time because they know the value of speaking with someone who's been through what you're about to go through.
Why aren't there more case studies on the site?
Many private label brands prefer not to publicly disclose their manufacturing partner. They want their brand to be the focus, not the supply chain. The case studies on the site represent clients who agreed to share their story. Many more exist privately.
Do you have case studies for my specific category or audience?
Probably. Ask your account manager during your consultation and we can share relevant examples (with appropriate confidentiality) for your category, channel, or business model.
What kinds of brands struggle with private label?
Brands without a clear audience or niche. Brands trying to compete on price alone (private label isn't the cheapest route). Brands expecting overnight scale without marketing investment. Brands that want to outsource ALL strategy (private label handles manufacturing, not market positioning). We're honest about fit during evaluation.
