Here is the full timeline from your first call with us to the day your first private label order ships. Most brands move from label approval to product in-hand in 3 to 4 weeks. The total timeline from first conversation runs 8 to 12 weeks, with formulation and design work in the middle.

Discovery Call

We learn your brand, audience, target categories, and timeline. You get a tailored product recommendation list and pricing.

STEP 02 WEEKS 1-2

Formula Selection

Choose from our catalog or work with our formulators on a custom product. Lock specs, dosing, claims, and certifications.

STEP 03 WEEKS 2-4

Branding & Labels

Our in-house design team creates your label, packaging, and box artwork. Two revisions included. Final files go to compliance review.

STEP 04 WEEK 4

Compliance & QA

FDA-required labeling, claims substantiation, and supplement facts panel are reviewed and approved. Production-ready files locked. This is your label-approval gate.

STEP 05 WEEKS 5-8

Manufacturing

Production runs in our FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility. Every batch goes through multi-stage quality testing before release.

STEP 06 WEEKS 8-12

Fulfillment & Launch

Inventory ships to your warehouse or we dropship direct to your customers. You launch the brand. We handle the operations.

Frequently asked questions

How many revisions are included in label design?
Our label design service includes unlimited revisions during your engagement. Most clients finalize designs in 2-3 rounds of feedback. We don't charge per-revision because adversarial design relationships hurt the outcome.
What happens if I don't like the design we land on?
If we can't reach a design you're happy with, we will work with you on alternative directions including bringing in additional designers or accommodating customer-supplied artwork from your own designer. We don't move to production until you are satisfied with your label.
When do I see proofs before production?
You receive digital proofs throughout label iteration, plus a final physical printed proof on actual label stock before we go to production. Physical proofs catch issues that digital proofs miss (color accuracy, finish, readability on bottle).
Can I switch SKUs or change quantities after I sign?
Yes, as long as we haven't gone to production. After production starts, changes get harder and may incur additional costs. We try to keep production-start decisions reversible until the last possible moment to give you flexibility.
What does my first call cover?
Your business goals, your audience, the SKUs you're considering, packaging and design preferences, target launch date, and budget. The goal is to leave that call with a clear picture of the right path forward and an honest assessment of whether private label is the right move for your situation.
