ADVANTAGES
Liquids skip the dissolution step entirely. Actives are immediately available for absorption, making liquids the right choice when speed matters or when the audience cannot tolerate pills.
Customers can adjust serving size up or down with dropper or measured-cup dosing. Strong fit for pediatric formulations, sensitive populations, and ingredients with narrow therapeutic ranges.
Liposomal and nano-emulsion liquid formats deliver fat-soluble vitamins and certain compounds with bioavailability that no other format can match. Premium positioning, premium price point.

WHY PRAXERA FOR LIQUIDS
Liquid manufacturing happens in sanitized stainless-steel mixing tanks under controlled temperature and pH conditions. Every batch goes through in-process pH, brix, and microbial testing, and finished-product testing for identity, purity, potency, contaminants, and preservative efficacy. Filling, capping, and sealing happen on-site under sanitary conditions to maintain product integrity.

Some health categories work better in liquids than others. Here are the ones where this format is the natural choice.
Quick answers to the questions brand owners ask before they commit.
We use minimal preservatives where required to maintain microbial safety, and avoid them entirely where the formulation allows (high-acid, high-alcohol, or low-water-activity products). Preservative system is chosen based on the specific formulation, shelf life requirements, and brand positioning.
Most liquid formulations have a 12 to 24-month shelf life depending on actives, preservative system, and packaging. Liquid actives generally have shorter intrinsic stability than dry formats. Stability testing for longer claims available on request.
Yes. Alcohol is sometimes used as a preservative or extraction solvent for herbal liquids, but alcohol-free formulations using vegetable glycerin or other natural carriers are available for kids' products, religious-compliance positioning, or alcohol-sensitive audiences.
Yes. Liposomal liquids deliver fat-soluble vitamins and certain compounds with much higher bioavailability than standard formats. This is a premium-priced format, typically used for vitamin C, glutathione, DHEA, curcumin, and similar actives.
Both available. Glass is preferred for premium positioning, photosensitive ingredients, and oil-based liquids. Food-grade plastic (PET, HDPE) is preferred for travel-friendly, shatter-resistant, and lower-cost products. Choice depends on positioning and shipping considerations.
Most brands launch with two or three formats to give customers options. Here is the full list of formats we provide.
