QUALITY

Where the ingredients in your products come from.

Decades of supplier relationships, ingredient sourcing networks, and supplier vetting procedures. The quality of your finished product traces back to where the ingredient was grown, extracted, or synthesized.

Most supplement brands can't tell you where their ingredients come from. We can.

Ingredient sourcing is where supplement quality is built or broken. We have decades of supplier relationships, country-of-origin documentation, and vetting procedures for every raw material in our catalog.

When customers ask your brand 'where does this come from,' you can provide answers with documentation behind them. That level of transparency is increasingly rare in the supplement market and increasingly valuable for brand trust.

Decades of supplier relationships

Many of our ingredient suppliers have been with us for 10, 20, or 30+ years. Long-term relationships drive consistent quality and supply chain reliability.

Country-of-origin transparency

We document where each ingredient is sourced and can provide that information for your brand's marketing and customer communication.

Branded ingredient access

Direct relationships with branded ingredient producers (Tonalin, Cognizin, Bioenergy Ribose, Curcumin C3 Complex, etc.) give you access to ingredients that have clinical research behind them.

Frequently asked questions

Where do your ingredients come from?
Different ingredients come from different places depending on where the highest-quality source exists. Botanical ingredients often come from India, China, or specific U.S. regions depending on the plant. Vitamins and minerals come from major suppliers in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. We disclose country of origin on request for every ingredient.
Do you use branded ingredients (Curcumin C3, NKO, Sensoril, etc.)?
Yes. We have supplier relationships with most major branded ingredient companies. Branded ingredients add cost but give you marketing leverage (the brand story, the published research, the certifications). We help you decide where branded ingredients are worth the premium.
How do you verify ingredient quality from suppliers?
Three layers: supplier qualification (audits, documentation, history), incoming raw material testing (identity, potency, contaminants on every lot), and process verification during manufacturing. We don't release any finished product unless every ingredient passes our incoming tests.
Are your ingredients sustainably sourced?
Many are. For botanicals specifically, we look at sustainability and ethical sourcing practices as part of supplier qualification. For some ingredients we have specific sustainable or fair-trade certified sources available at slight premiums. We can guide you toward sustainability-positioned options where they exist.
