Frequently asked questions

What's in the Client Onboarding Guide?
A week-by-week walkthrough of what to expect during your first 90 days as a private label client. Milestones, decisions you'll need to make, what we need from you when, and how to avoid common delays. Most useful AFTER you've signed an engagement letter.
Should I read this before or after I sign?
After. The Definitive Guide is for evaluation. The Onboarding Guide is for execution. Reading the Onboarding Guide before you've signed isn't bad but it goes into operational detail that won't be relevant until you're actually ready to launch.
What's the most common reason onboarding takes longer than 90 days?
Late decisions on label design and SKU selection. Production has fixed lead times. Design rounds depend on decision-maker availability on your end. The fastest launches happen when one person owns brand decisions and can respond quickly to design revisions.
Do I need to be available daily during onboarding?
No. You need to be available for kickoff, two-three design review rounds (each takes a few days from your end), final label approval, and production go-live confirmation. Total active time on your end is usually under 20 hours across the 90 days.
What happens after my first inventory ships?
We move into ongoing partnership mode. Reorder cycles, future SKU expansion, packaging updates. Your account manager remains your primary contact. There's no contract you're locked into; ongoing work is at-will based on what you need.
