What happens in the consultation?
We discuss your business goals, your audience, what you're considering launching, and the right path forward. The goal is to leave the call with clarity. If private labeling is the right next step, we will confirm it on the call. 
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
Helpful but not required: a rough sense of which supplement categories interest you, what budget range you're working with, and your timeline. We can have a productive call without any prep if you're still in exploration mode.
Will I be on a call with a salesperson?
You'll be on a call with a private label specialist who can speak to quality, design, and business considerations. We're consultative, not high-pressure sales. The team is incentivized on long-term client success, not closing rates.
Can multiple people from my team join?
Yes. If your decision involves a co-founder, marketing lead, or other stakeholder, bring them. Group calls often surface better questions and align everyone on the path forward.
What if I'm not ready to commit after the call?
That's normal and expected. Most clients take 2-4 weeks to evaluate after their first conversation. We follow up periodically without pressure. You move at the pace that works for you.
